Osteopathy

🌀 Rediscover your body's natural balance through osteopathy

Osteopathy is a gentle manual medicine that aims to rebalance the body by identifying and treating the imbalances that cause pain and tension. Based on a holistic approach, it considers all parts of the body as interconnected.

Who is it for?

Athletes

For athletes, osteopathy can help prevent injuries by improving mobility and reducing muscle tension, while balancing the musculoskeletal system. The osteopath can also treat existing injuries by working on soft tissues and joints to improve blood circulation, relieve pain and reduce inflammation. Osteopathy can also help athletes recover more quickly from an injury by improving blood and lymphatic circulation, reducing pain and improving mobility.

Infants

Osteopathy is a manual therapy that can be used to treat various health problems in infants. Infants may present with problems such as colic, gastroesophageal reflux, sleep disorders and sucking difficulties. Pediatric osteopaths use gentle, non-invasive techniques to help relieve these problems by working on the structures and tissues of the baby's body.

Pregnant Women

In pregnant women, osteopathy can relieve the pain and tension associated with pregnancy, such as back pain, pelvic pain or digestive disorders. It can also prepare the body for childbirth by working on the mobility of the pelvis and sacrum. The osteopath uses gentle techniques adapted to the patient's condition, ensuring the safety of both mother and unborn child.

Teenagers

Osteopathy can be beneficial for teenagers who may undergo significant physical changes during this growth period. Growing pains, postural problems, back or neck pain can all be relieved by osteopathy.

Adults

In adults, osteopathy is used to relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and anxiety, improve mobility and posture, promote recovery after injury or surgery, and strengthen the immune system.

Seniors

Osteopathy can be beneficial for seniors as it can help relieve pain, improve mobility and balance, and improve overall quality of life. Osteopaths can help treat common age-related problems such as arthritis, muscle and joint pain, and back pain.

Techniques used

Structural osteopathy (joint manipulations)
Visceral osteopathy (digestive disorders, abdominal tension)
Cranial osteopathy (stress, migraines, sleep)
Biodynamic osteopathy (overall body balance)

A manual, holistic and personalised approach

Osteopathy is a form of manual medicine that restores mobility to the body's tissues — joints, muscles, fascia, organs, cranial structures — whenever it's restricted. By releasing these restrictions, it gives the body the space to self-regulate and heal.

I graduated from the Israeli School of Osteopathy (D.O.) in 2023. My practice in Tel Aviv welcomes an international patient base: French-speaking expats, athletes, families, travellers. My approach combines structural, visceral and craniosacral techniques, always tailored to your situation.

Every session starts with time to listen. Understanding your history, your pain, your lifestyle and your goals is essential to designing an effective plan. I don't apply a fixed protocol — each session is built for you.

What osteopathy can change for you

  • Lasting relief from musculoskeletal pain (back, neck, shoulders, knees)
  • Fewer headaches and migraines through neck and cranial work
  • Improved joint mobility and range of motion
  • Faster recovery after injury, surgery or childbirth
  • Autonomic nervous system regulation — better sleep, less stress
  • Digestive support: reflux, bloating, chronic constipation
  • Prevention of relapses by addressing causes, not just symptoms

Common reasons to book

  • ·Acute and chronic lower back pain, disc herniations
  • ·Neck pain, torticollis, trap tension
  • ·Sciatica, cruralgia, nerve-root pain
  • ·Tendinopathies: shoulder, tennis elbow, Achilles, patellar
  • ·Ankle sprains and lingering sequelae

What a consultation looks like

1. History taking

15 minutes discussing your medical history, current complaint, lifestyle and any prior tests or imaging.

2. Clinical exam

Postural observation, mobility tests, palpation. The goal: pinpoint restrictions and understand how they interact.

3. Treatment

Tailored techniques: gentle mobilisations, structural manipulation, myofascial, craniosacral, visceral. Nothing forced.

4. Advice

Exercises, stretches, postural or ergonomic tweaks. When needed, I refer you to a physician, physiotherapist or specialist.

Frequently asked questions

How many sessions will I need?+
For a recent acute issue, 1 to 3 sessions are usually enough. For chronic pain lasting months, a course of 4 to 6 sessions fits better. For maintenance, a session every 3 to 6 months preserves progress.
Does osteopathy hurt?+
Techniques are adapted to each patient and each situation. Some manipulations can be briefly uncomfortable, but they should never be painful. I adjust constantly based on your feedback.
Is osteopathy reimbursed in Israel?+
The supplementary plans of the four kupot (Clalit Mushlam, Maccabi Sheli, Meuhedet Adif/Zahav) cover osteopathy partially. A receipt is provided. International and French expat insurance plans often cover part or all of the session.
Do I need a referral?+
No — osteopathy is a primary-care consultation. You can book directly. If imaging or a specialist opinion is required, I refer you without hesitation.

Why book at my Tel Aviv clinic

The clinic sits at 6 Hovevei Tsion, in the heart of Tel Aviv, a few minutes from the sea and easy to reach by car or public transport. Sessions take place in a quiet room dedicated entirely to the quality of care.

I consult in French, English and Hebrew, Sunday to Friday, 9:30am to 8:30pm. That flexibility lets me welcome patients before, during or after their working day, and to offer slots that suit parents.

Osteopath in Tel Aviv and beyond

Most patients come from Tel Aviv, but also from Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Herzliya, Bat Yam, Holon and Ramat Aviv. Many are expats, recent olim or French-speaking Israelis who value being listened to and cared for in their mother tongue.
