This policy describes how the information you share with us is collected, used and protected. It complies with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law (1981) and, where you reside in the European Union, with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data we collect
• Contact form: first name, last name, email, WhatsApp number (optional), message. • Booking: first name, last name, email, phone, WhatsApp, occupation, referral source, notes, photo consent. • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed. • Patient cookie (yh_patient): after booking an appointment, a signed cookie is stored to pre-fill your details for future bookings. It contains no personal data in clear text and can be removed at any time via the "This isn't me" button on the booking page. • Preference cookies: your cookie consent choice (stored locally in your browser).
Purposes
Your data is used only to: reply to your requests, schedule appointments, improve the site, meet our legal obligations.
Legal basis
Execution of your request (form), consent (analytics cookies), legitimate interest (site security), legal obligations.
Retention
Messages sent via the form are kept for 3 years from the last contact. Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
Data sharing
Your data is never sold or rented. It is only shared with strictly necessary providers: email service (Resend), site hosting (Vercel).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights: attia.yohan@gmail.com.
Cookies
This site does not use ad-tracking cookies. A technical cookie stores your consent choice. A patient cookie (yh_patient) is stored after booking an appointment to pre-fill the form for future bookings. This cookie can be removed at any time.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Data is encrypted in transit. We apply modern security headers (HSTS, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy) and anti-spam protection on the form.
