Background & Approach
About
An osteopath who listens to your body
Based in Tel Aviv since 2017, I work every day with patients of all ages: infants, children, pregnant women, busy adults, athletes and seniors. My practice welcomes the city's French-, English- and Hebrew-speaking communities.
Beyond osteopathy, I am also a massage therapist and a sports coach. This three-fold background lets me approach each patient with a complete view: treat, move, prevent.
I practise a pragmatic, personalised form of osteopathy. Each session is tailored to your needs — no set protocol, no imposed techniques, but care adjusted to your story, your tensions and your lifestyle.
My approach
Osteopathy doesn't treat an isolated symptom — it looks for the cause. Lower back pain may come from an old ankle sprain, chronic stress, a work posture or a pregnancy aftermath. Understanding these links is at the core of my work.
I combine structural, visceral and craniosacral techniques, and integrate dry needling, cupping or lymphatic drainage when relevant. Every tool serves a single goal: lasting relief and restored freedom of movement.

Areas of expertise
- Structural osteopathy (spine, joints, sport)
- Craniosacral osteopathy (stress, migraines, nervous system)
- Paediatric osteopathy (colic, sleep, plagiocephaly)
- Pregnancy and postpartum support
- Manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder)
- Sports coaching & nutritional advice
