Targeted massage therapy: release, restore, reconnect

Therapeutic massage is much more than a moment of relaxation. It's a precise care tool that releases muscular tension, improves circulation, and restores proper tissue mobility. When practised with rigour, it becomes a powerful complement to osteopathy.

At the clinic I offer several complementary approaches: Swedish for deep relaxation, deep tissue for chronic tension, sport for recovery and performance, prenatal to support pregnancy. Every session is built around your needs.

I often combine massage with advanced techniques: cupping therapy to release adhesions, dry needling to address deep trigger points. The goal never changes: restore your comfort, mobility and energy.

  • Reduced soreness after intense training
  • Better sleep and stress management
  • Relief from work-related postural pain

  • Support during demanding pregnancies (back pain, oedema)
  • Greater body awareness and reconnection to movement

Frequently asked questions

Which format should I pick if I'm unsure?+
Contact me first: a few questions are enough to point you to the right format. A mix is often possible — e.g. 40 minutes Swedish + 20 minutes of targeted deep tissue.
Can massage and osteopathy be combined?+
Yes, routinely. A deeper massage primes the ground for more effective osteopathic work. The reverse is true: an osteopathic adjustment can be followed by maintenance massage.
Can massage make pain worse?+
On an acutely inflamed area, deep massage is contraindicated. I always assess first and adapt. If pain is too recent or sharp, I work on adjacent areas or reschedule.

Therapeutic massage, not a cosmetic treatment

My massage practice is clinical: every movement has a purpose and every session is mentally documented for follow-up. This isn't spa work — it's therapeutic care that demands precision and attention.

The oils I use are neutral, hypoallergenic, fragrance-free and suited to sensitive skin (pregnancy, reactive skin, post-op).

Massage therapy in Tel Aviv

Most patients come from Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Jaffa and Herzliya. Typical demand: desk-based professionals around Rothschild / Montefiore, runners and crossfitters from Park Hayarkon, and families in the northern residential neighbourhoods.
