Terms of service
These terms govern appointment booking and osteopathy consultations with Yohan Attia.
Purpose
The following terms apply to any consultation at the clinic and to the use of this website.
Booking
Appointments are booked via the contact form, WhatsApp, phone or the online booking tool. An appointment is only confirmed after explicit acknowledgement.
Cancellation and lateness
Cancellation fees: less than 7 days before the appointment, 100 ₪; less than 48 hours, full session fee. Lateness of more than 15 minutes results in cancellation and full charge.
Payment
Payment is made at the end of the consultation. Cash, Bit and Revolut are accepted. Credit card payments are not accepted. A receipt is available on request.
Confidentiality
Professional confidentiality applies to all information shared during consultations. Patient records are stored securely.
Liability
Osteopathy does not replace medical follow-up. Yohan Attia refers patients to a physician whenever the situation requires it.
Changes
These terms may be amended. The version in force is the one published on this site.
